I'm a young woman with a passion for administration and continuously improving my expertise through learning from others. I have vast experience in corporate and have worked in Amateur football to gain knowledge of the game. I am a seasoned corporate governance administrator and worked in corporate for 10 years as a Board and Governance Secretary prior to being involved in football

Siyabulela has been a finalist in the Businesswomen South Africa in the Social Entrepreneur category, Gauteng Sports Award as a Sports Administrator of the Year as well JHB Women in Sports Award as a Sports Administrator of the Year. She also won the Volunteer of the Year in the Momentum GSPORT Award. She has further been instrumental in launching the following, LGBTIQ Games, the Tiyane Mabunda Foundation Inmates League.
Siyabulela is very strong in Administration both in the Corporate as well as the Non-profit sector. She has been an administrator in a number of companies, from 2005 to date having worked for the following companies, Vuka Business Consultants, Ilizwi Industrial Holdings, Lebone Engineering and currently Black Magic Communications. She is also very strong in football, and she is the owner of Shumba Football Association.
Through her Shumba, she managed to take a lot of boys from previously disadvantaged backgrounds off the street, many of them attained their Matric because she made sure that they do not only play football but also focused on their education. Some even went further to access internships and final placement in permanent jobs and this was accomplished through her facilitation and leadership. She has also played a number of vital roles in football, amongst them the following: Ambassador for the Reagan Milstein Foundation from 2017 to date, Admin manager and Project Administrator, Freelance Contract Negotiator and finally appointed as Acting CEO of the National Football Supporters Association.
Siyabulela has attained certificates pertaining to Sports, Sports Law, Sports Psychology, Women in Sports Leadership and leadership courses in general. Her strength is also in IT and administration. She is currently studying for a BCom in Financial Management.
